So basically i used to be vegetarian for like two years because of big David Attenboroughs netflix documentary A Life on Our Planet. It's basically about the direction we're going as people and the gist of it was that eating animals is actually a crazy percentage of global warming. 8.5% is agriculture greenhouse gas emissions and a further 14.5% is from land usage. Not great stuff. If everyone ate veggie like one day a week then we'd be in a lot better place. A practice i still continue now despite scrannin chicken a bit more. Plus veggie food is actually just really nice.
This has ingredients to the mains, and plenty of variety for the sides! All up to you.
